Step 1: 5005 grade Aluminum is treated in an anodizing bath, creating a open pored oxide layer on top of the aluminum
Step 2: Our specialized printing machine is used to deposit ink inside the pores of the anodized aluminum
Step 3: A high temperature sealing bath is used to close the pores of the material, capturing the ink inside, ensuring longevity
